Risk Analysis and Toxicology Study Test

Our research experiences in food microbiology and toxicology cover a wide spectrum of topics for identification and surveillance of common and emerging pollutant, toxicants, heavy metals and foodborne microbial pathogens, to participatory research in the community concerning their risk assessments and impact of environmental changes on food security.By using genomic and proteomic approaches, we are able to investigate pathogenesis and antimicrobial resistance of the foodborne microbial pathogens. In addition, we develop fast analytical tools that allow identification of causative agents. We also offer services of risk benefit analysis of specified food consumption and baseline studies of contaminants in food.
