Arc Melting Furnace

Arc melting furnaces are widely used for melting and casting metal alloys in vacuum.  Back filling with an inert gas is also available. The tightly controlled environment and temperature alloys for high alloy purity to be achieved. The furnace features ease of operation, dependability and versatility whilst offering rapid temperature rise and extremely pure melts. The melting furnace is equipped with a water-cooled copper mould casting function that can be used for elaborating bulk metallic glass (or amorphous alloy) or melting and casting ferrous metals.  Vacuum Arc Furnaces reduce production costs by 20 to 30% compared to oil fired furnaces and are locally pollution free.
