


Jockey Club Controlled Environment Test Facility
The Facility is an Air Enthalpy Testing Laboratory composed of three major parts: Indoor room, Outdoor room and Control room. The Indoor and Outdoor rooms simulate the indoor and outdoor environment respectively. The control room controls the conditions of the Indoor and Outdoor rooms, and collect & analyses data, such as temperature, relative humidity, air flow rate, as well as the energy consumption.
The state-of-the-art facility provides training programs for student/engineers in thermal science and energy technology. It provides testing services to industries and government with certified energy efficiency tests of electrical appliances, and also with consultancy services for the research and developed of energy efficiency products.
