Hong Kong Software Testing and Certification Centre (HKSTCC) aims to promote software quality, enhance the technical capability of local ICT organizations and practitioners in software quality assurance (QA) and testing, and facilitate the development of software testing and certification services of ICT industry in Hong Kong.  HKSTCC provides independent software QA consultancy, testing and certification services for software products and software development processes to reduce software development cost and enhance software quality.
